InteGreat EHR is a total solution offering intuitive, easy to use features and functionality. Our concise health summary page and unique one-click navigation approach provide easy access to all patient information and allow providers to quickly review patient history in text, tables and graphs, write a prescription, order tests, complete a visit note and manage other clincial functions for efficient, effective patient care. InteGreat EHR provides seamless transition between clinical functions and allows multiple users to access a patient’s record simultaneously. Our Clinical Messaging feature streamlines communications between clinicians and support staff for smooth workflow throughout the practice.
Electronic prescribing, eligibility and full medication histories are available through the InteGreat EHR link to SureScripts for easy prescription processing, medication review and reconciliation. Eligibility for prescription coverage including formulary information is specific to each patient's insurance plan. Alerts for allergies, interactions and failed medications assist providers in the prescription process.
Documentation of patient visits may be completed via traditional dictation, voice recognition, forms or MEDCIN based templates. InteGreat EHR drawing functions enable providers to be precise in their documentation of symptom location and detail. Codes and charges generated from template documentation or entered by the provider may be passed to the Practice Management system for maximum billing efficiency.
Centralized or local imaging options within InteGreat EHR allow patient history and external paper documents to be included in the electronic record as they become available.
A full set of disease management and prevention protocols are available in InteGreat EHR’s Health Management Indicators. These protocols provide timely alerts based on national standards or practice specific guidelines. The alert system is customizable to patient need and physician preference.
The InteGreat EHR Patient Portal gives providers the option to allow patients to access their personal health information, request an appointment, ask for a prescription refill and enter/review health history information. The Patient Portal also offers a full set of diagnoses specific patient education information.
