IC-Chart® Electronic Health Record
Provides browser-based, easy-to-use, extremely intuitive access to your clinical data, including patient demographic information, laboratory reports, transcribed documents, radiology reports and Health Summary. Provider Worklist and Clinical Messaging also help to streamline communications between clinicians and support staff. IC-Chart provides electronic signature and security for HIPAA compliance.
IC-Script
Automates and manages electronic prescription generation, refill renewal requests and data exchange with pharmacies. All prescriptions undergo a complete Drug Utilization Review for prior adverse reactions, drug/drug interactions and drug to health state interactions. Reduces time and costs associated with prescribing and maintaining prescriptions. IC-Script, which is fully integrated with your patient's Health Summary, features easy-to-use medication entry screens, electronic signature capability and medication audits, as well as history, automatic generic-equivalent ordering, free-text entry and the ability to terminate prescriptions. IC-Script creates a clean, legible, safe prescription.
IC-Scripts enables you to transmit prescriptions to pharmacies certified to use SureScripts®' e-Prescribing service and fax prescriptions that cannot be routed by SureScripts.
IC-Imaging
Provides document scanning and seamless storage and access to scanned images of patient data, authorizations, radiology reports, transcriptions, insurance cards, written communications and other clinical data. You can access the scanned images, which are incorporated into your patient's record, anytime from anywhere.
IC-Encounters
An advanced clinical documentation tool for use at the point-of-care. You can quickly enter visit information, family history, social history, review of systems, flowsheet and charting. With IC-Encounters, physicians can continue to dictate, use customized electronic check-off forms or customized anatomical chart notations. It uses Medicomp's Medcin engine, a "standard" for the acquisition of medical information by physicians.
The clinical nomenclature engine includes more than 215,000 clinical data elements encompassing symptoms, history, physical examination, tests, diagnoses and therapy. Features include:
- Easy documenting while capturing coded data
- Coding of the entire encounter
- Documentation of complex histories and unusual presentations
- Accurate E&M coding customized to the individual provider's practice, but with shared data across providers
- Documentation in greater detail, without reducing the number of patient visits

IC-MyHealthRecord™ Patient Portal
Automates care management, which enables physicians to deliver authorized educational material, disease-specific health reminders and disease management assessment tools directly to the patient's desktop. This streamlined communication enhances physician and staff workflow along with patient satisfaction and quality of care. Modules include:
- MyHealthRecord - customizable site, both content and look & feel including services, staff bios, branding, office locations. Includes news, announcement, newsletters, etc.
- MyAppointment/My Appointment Request - enables patients to view and schedule appointments.
- MyHealthSummary - allows patients to access an online summary of their EMR, including medications, allergies, insurance information, etc.
- MyRxRenewal - enables patients to request prescription renewals.
- Medical Questionnaire - gathers complete medical history and automatically inputs into the EHR.
- Patient Education - provides comprehensive coverage of health, wellness and medical information for the patient consumer.
IC-Orders
Allows a clinician to create an electronic requisition for ancillary services so that lost orders are reduced. Orders can be tracked from point-of-generation to your patient's arrival in the ancillary department, eliminating paper and increasing accuracy. Order entry is very simple and intuitive to complement your normal workflow. The order entry interface provides a history of orders by patient and can automatically transmit orders to your ancillary systems offering immediate access to critical, patient-related clinical information.
