Computerized patient records provides optimal search, retrieval and display of demographic data populated from your practice management system, hospital or other designated client information systems via InteGreat-developed interfaces. You can access the computerized patient records using a PC or Web-browser-enabled workstation. Health Summary provides the clinician with computerized patient records which include on-line access to a list of vital signs, medications, allergies, diagnoses, procedures, immunizations and notes. This information can be loaded from your practice management system, or other client information systems on an ongoing basis. In addition, because health summary is an interactive application, you can add and update clinical information to these computerized patient records as necessary.
