Our EMR software has clinical messaging which records and tracks clinical messages for physicians and other healthcare providers. The Clinical Messages are tracked by patient and are stored in EMR software IC-Chart. A Clinical message can be used to easily process appointment requests, prescription renewal requests, referrals, general phone calls and miscellaneous notes. Laboratory results aggregates patient lab reports from disparate laboratory systems, including reference, hospital and in-house clinic labs. Test results can be accessed from anywhere and new results immediately flow to the EMR software provider worklist for review. A clinician has the ability to flowchart and graph test results with this EMR software.
